Booking and payment

Private lessons are 50 minutes. A single lesson is £25, four lessons are £95 and eight lessons are £180. Payment is due before the first lesson covered by the booking or pack.

Rescheduling

Your confirmation email will include a reschedule link. You can move a lesson yourself without charge until one hour before its start time, subject to available times.

Late changes and missed lessons

Changes made less than one hour before the lesson, cancellations less than one hour beforehand and missed lessons are normally charged in full because that time has been reserved for you. Genuine emergencies happen; contact Jaison as soon as possible and reasonable exceptions may be made at his discretion.

If Jaison needs to cancel

You may choose a replacement time. If a suitable replacement cannot be arranged, the affected lesson will be refunded or restored to your pack.

Lesson packs

You will book the first lesson when purchasing a pack. Jaison will then email you a private link for the remaining three or seven lessons. Four-lesson packs should be used within six weeks and eight-lesson packs within twelve weeks, starting from the first booked lesson. If illness or another serious situation prevents this, please get in touch before the pack expires.

Late arrival

The lesson will still finish at the scheduled time. If Jaison is late, the lost time will be added or rearranged.
